  • Weekly updates to WordPress Core, Plugins, and Themes (the most common hacking vectors on a WordPress site)

Complete Support and Maintenance - $2k/year

  • All of the features in the basic plan:

    • Weekly updates to WordPress Core, Plugins, and Themes (the most common hacking vectors on a WordPress site)

    • Hourly security scans for hacking

    • Uptime monitoring and notifications when your site goes down (along with a plan to fix it, if we haven’t already done so)

    • Daily offsite backups

    • Removal of any hacking or spam code, in most cases

  • As well as unlimited small support tasks of 30 minutes or less. These can include WordPress specific tasks, such as adding basic content items, changing/adding images, changing navigation labels, adding/removing plugins, small visual modifications (e.g. changing link colors, increasing font size, adding a date to a list of blog posts, etc.), and investigation on any bugs or display errors (if the solution takes longer than 30 minutes, then we’ll report back with a plan).   

    • If the task is definitely going to take more than an hour to complete, we’ll provide you an estimate, receive client approval, and then proceed at our standard rate of $175/hour. For our quotes we always stick to our quoted time even if we spend more time than quoted. And, if we take less time than anticipated, we bill the lesser amount.

    • If the job is going to take around an hour to complete, then we look at the clients small task usage over the last few months, and in most cases we just get the job done for free.

Add-ons

  • Hosting Support

For an additional $1,000/year, we can also communicate with your hosting provider on your behalf. We know how intimidating it can be to call, email, or chat with the super technical folks who manage your site hosting, and we want to help you out, since we also speak their language. We will liaise directly with your host during regular business hours, to resolve issues, sparing you the dreaded tech talk.
