Customers who use a Cornershop owned product may reach out to the Cornershop support team if they suspect there is a bug in one of our plugins. If there is a bug with our plugin, we will add it to our support queue, and try to resolve it as quickly as possible. Cornershop does have an extensive development process for testing, and releasing all new features, bug fixes, and code. It is likely it could take 2-6 weeks to fix any issue.
