Site Options
This is where you will find most of the customization options available to you.
Presentation
Under the presentation tab you can edit:
Organization Logo - This will allow you to upload a logo that is displayed on the home page (and other pages, if you would like!).
Display Logo - This will determine if the logo is present on all pages, or just the required ones (i.e. order review).
eCard Image Size - This will determine the size of the eCard previews on the first step. It will not change the size of the eCard images on the actual eCards.
Display Gift Type Fields - This will determine if the gift type fields "in honor of" and "in memory of" are displayed.
Display Optional Address Fields - This will display optional address fields when the donor is adding recipients.
Organization Homepage - This determines where donors will go when they click on your organizational logo.
Corner Radius - This determines how rounded the corners for fields should be (must be value between 1-20).
Primary Font - This sets the font for all text besides headers.
Headings Font - This sets the font for the headers.
Primary Color - This sets the color for the button and headers (must be the same).
Secondary Color - This sets the color for various other items including buttons.
Highlight Color - This sets the color for when a donor hovers over a button.
eCards Category - This will determine what eCard category is displayed on the homepage. By leaving it blank it will display all eCards.
eCards Schedule Arrival Time - This will set approximately what time scheduled eCards are sent.
This time is based on the time zone selected during your site setup. If you did not discuss a time zone with your project manager then your site is based on Eastern time.
eCard Presentation
Under the eCard Presentation tab you can edit:
Text Color - This determines universal text color for the eCard site.
Message Font Size - This determines the size of the eCard Message font.
Message Italics - This determines if the eCard message will display in Italics.
Organization Message Font Size - This determines the size of the organization message on the eCard (and seen on the preview page)
Organization Message Italics - This determines if the organization message on the eCard (and seen on the preview page) will be displayed in Italics.
Footer Background Color - This determines the color of the footer of the eCard.
Footer Text Color - This determines the color of the footer text of the eCard.
Content
Under the presentation tab you can edit:
Email Footer Text - This determines the text that will display at the bottom of the eCard.
Default Embedded Message - This determines the default embedded message displayed under the donor's custom eCard message.
Subscribe Checkbox Text - This determines the text on the order confirmation page to allow donors to sign up for emails.
Select eCard Text - This determines the language directing the donor to select an eCard image.
Personalize eCard Header Text - This determines the language directing the donor to enter their subject and message.
Preview eCard Header Text - This determines the language on the preview page for the eCard.
Optional Introductory Text - This determines if there is any additional language on the personalize your eCard page for all campaigns (global setting).
Optional Preview Text - This determines if there is any additional language on the “preview your eCard” page.
Optional eCard Message - This determines if you will supply your donors with default messaging that will appear in the message field on the first step (and will send to recipients if the donors do not change it).
Customer Service Text - This determines the text at the bottom of the order review page sent to donors.
Content (Paid eCard)
eCard Price. This determines the price of your eCards.
Add Donation Header Text - This determines the language above the additional donation amounts.
Custom Donation Options - This determines the amounts provided to the donor for additional donations. If you add one custom donation option it will remove all other defaults. If you choose to customize the amounts, make sure to add all the donation amounts you would like to see.
Required Donation? - This setting will remove the option for a 0 dollar "additional donation" and require the "Other" field to be a whole number greater than 0. This is used if you want to require donations or sell "free" eCards with a required donation.
Embed Codes
Direct Links - This will be the URL for the standard version of your eCard form (it will not direct to any specific campaigns).
iFrames - These codes will allow you to embed your eCard order process within another page.
Confirmations
Confirmation Page Text - Free eCards. You can use this WYSIWYG editor to determine what will display on the order confirmation page for free eCards.
Confirmation Page Text - Paid eCards. You can use this WYSIWYG editor to determine what will display on the order confirmation page for paid eCards.
Notifications
Email From Name - This determines the name displayed as "from" for the order confirmation email.
Email Subject - Free eCards. This determines the subject displayed for the order confirmation email for free eCards.
Email Message - Free eCards. This determines the message displayed for the order confirmation email for free eCards.
Email Subject - Paid eCards. This determines the subject displayed for the order confirmation email for paid eCards.
Email Message - Paid eCards. This determines the message displayed for the order confirmation email for paid eCards.
