Standard Fast Task support requests for Maintenance+Support plans are typically addressed in 3-5 business days (1-3 business days on our Priority plans). If you need work completed by a specific date with less than 3–5 business days’ notice, the Rush Rate of double your hourly rate will apply.
To avoid paying Rush Rate, keep in mind upcoming deadlines and let our Support team know with advance notice of at least 3-5 business days, and we can schedule your request for a specific date (assuming the request qualifies as a standard Fast Task request).
